The annual Winewise Wine Scholarship week is a remarkable opportunity for 10x FOH staff members from various different lodges to embark on a journey through the Cape Winelands.

We also run an annual Wine Scholarship in the Cape winelands, which is by far the best way of introducing lodge staff to wine – it’s a week’s total immersion experience. There’s nothing quite like it to boost confidence and enthusiasm of wine service staff – and their wine sales when they get back to the bush.
